How Does Shipping Work?
Our default carrier is USPS, we use the flat rate packaging for most small and medium orders. For orders of larger quantities or larger pieces, we ship via UPS. Shipping occurs 5-7 business days after invoice is paid. Each item is securely packed, so when it comes to fragile minerals, we add a small surcharge of $8 to the order. Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping (only if purchased via live sales). 
For international shipping, provide us with the zip code, city, and state/province and we will give you an estimate.
How Does Shopping with B2B Work?

In order to shop with us, we require you have a resale license as we are a wholesale only company. We do not have any order minimums and offer keystone pricing on our individually priced items. We also offer a bulk selection for resellers looking for a lot of inventory. You can make a visit to our warehouse in person, or you can buy with us virtually! We do 1-on-1 video calls showing you whatever you're looking for, or you can check out private sales channel on Facebook for verified customers called B2B Minerals Wholesale Only. That is where we do our live sales every Tuesday and Thursday.

What Times Can I Visit the Warehouse?
Our warehouse is open for business Monday-Thursday from 10am to 4pm with no appointment. However, if you need a day outside of those hours, give us a call and we can make arrangements. 
Can I Live Sell From the B2B Warehouse?

Yes! We love having people come into the warehouse to do live sales. Just contact us via Messenger on Facebook, email, or give us a call and let us know when you wanted to do your sale. When live selling, you will have access to an abundance of material that will be sold at retail price, then the profits are split between you and B2B. 

What Is the Best Way to Contact B2B?
While we do take calls, we do not currently have a landline. We are very active on our social media accounts and email (b2bminerals@gmail.com) throughout the day. If you wanted to find us on social media we are on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

How Does B2B Invoice?
Our default platform for invoicing is Square, although if you request, we can also invoice you via PayPal. We can keep boxes open for a week if you wanted to combine shipping from multiple orders during that time, but they will be separate invoices as we invoice per order or per show. Invoices are sent our same or next day.
